Water Management

Alarm.com's automation allows integration with Z-wave water valves. This allows you to remotely control your valves to open or close them at any time. You can also set up schedules that the valves will follow so you can reduce any erroneous water usage when you are not home, or if you go on vacation.

The standard Water Management add-on gives you the ability to control your valves, but some water valves also come with meters. To be able to monitor the meter readings you will need the Water Management Plus Add-on. The primary Water valve and meter that is used with Alarm.com is the ADC-SWM150 although there are other brands that will integrate with Alarm.com.
