Will I be able to talk to someone at the monitoring station if I need to?
The only time you will really talk with someone at central station would be if they are calling you about an alarm or if you call in to put your account on test so that you can send test signals to make sure your system is working properly.
If you need billing questions answered, tech support (if you bought the system from us) or activating your system then you'd be speaking with us.
