Does someone come to my house to set this up?

Since we are a DIY alarm dealer; we have no field agents to send to your home to set up the monitoring. Activation is done over the phone with you and a tech agent.

If you're using a landline and the system is one we support then we will have you open up the communications so that we may dial in and download the monitoring communication information into the alarm system. If you're using a cellular communicator then we activate that using an identifying number on the cellular communicator to activate it. The tech will then walk you through the programming to make the alarm panel speak to the cellular radio.
