What are the features of Alarm.com Interactive?

Interactive is the first of Alarm.com’s 3 smart home security services plans. It deals mainly with being able to interact with your alarm system remotely as well as receiving notifications. And as with all of Alarm.com’s service plans wireless signal forwarding to a central station is included.

With the remote connection to the alarm system you’ll be able to: arm/disarm, see current status, see recent activity and a 60-day event history, and change user codes. Alarm.com supports multiple partition systems as well. And if you have multiple Alarm.com systems, you can link them all to one login. In addition, you can set up multiple logins that you grant different permissions to so that you can control who has access to what settings.

And finally there are numerous notifications that can be added and customized. These include: alarms, arming/disarming, various system events, no-show alerts, arming reminders, geo-services, sensor activity, and sensor-left-open. No-show alerts are for when you expect the alarm system to be disarmed at a certain time and it is not. Geo-services allow you to use the location of your phone for arming and disarming reminders. Sensor activity works on up to 50 sensors and includes non-emergency notifications.
