1-Hour Supervision

1-Hour Supervision on your Alarm.com system means that your system's communicator will check in with Alarm.com every hour. These check-ins are to ensure your system can still communicate to send alarm signals. With 1-hour supervision, if your system cannot check in every hour, you will be immediately notified in case action needs to be taken. 

1-hour supervision is the lowest supervision window Alarm.com offers, and comes with the Interactive Commercial Plus plan, but can be added standalone to any Alarm.com interactive plan if you wish.
