ADC-VDB750 Alarm.com 2MP Wi-Fi Video Doorbell Camera
Be aware: If you have a digital doorbell chime, you will need the ADC-VDBA-PM-750 Power Module. Setups with no chime or mechanical chimes do not need this.
The ADC-VDB750 is a cost-effective Alarm.com doorbell camera with a 2MP camera lens. This doorbell offers a 165-degree horizontal by 145-degree vertical view giving you an expansive view of the area at your front door, or wherever you decide to use this camera. As with other Alarm.com doorbell cameras, the VDB750 is capable of using Alarm.com's video analytics to give you maximum control over the motion capture ability of the doorbell. The video analytics allows the camera to discern different objects giving it the ability to notify you only if it detects a person to reduce false triggers. The VDB750 also offers 2-way audio so you are able to respond to doorbell presses remotely using the Alarm.com app, or through an IQ Panel system if you have one. You will be able to hear and speak through the device to answer your doorbell without ever having to be at the door.
The ADC-VDB750 requires you to have either an Alarm.com Video Service Plan or if you have an active Interactive account you may use the Alarm.com Doorbell Add-on. Once enabled you will enroll the doorbell camera through the Alarm.com app and create video analytics rules to determine how it acts. Installation of the VDB750 Only requires that you connect it to existing doorbell wiring using the transformer voltages listed below. Once physically installed the doorbell camera will need to be connected to a local WiFi setup, and from there it will be ready to enroll on the Alarm.com account. Alarm.com's enrollment process will show you how to adjust the settings for your camera to personalize the functionality and provide you with the best solution for your situation.
As mentioned, this product requires the use of an Alarm.com video service, OR the Alarm.com Doorbell Add-on provided you have an active Interactive account with the same dealer.
